This is the first phase wherein we meticulously listen to our employers to understand what exactly they need by gathering details about the job description and person specification. This discussion helps us to strengthen our search and seamlessly encounter challenges such as the present market trends, parameters necessary for the position, and level of proficiency available.

In our planning phase, we focus on narrowing down our search for the right proficiency levels considering factors such as experience, stability, skill, and job performance. By gauging the candidature on these parameters, we decide whether or not to select and share the quality application with our clients.

Step 3

Preliminary Screening And Interview

Once we select a candidature, we then concentrate on engaging ourselves in preliminary screening. Here a candidate is evaluated based on their KRA’s (Key Results Area), job title, previous package, location, and other vital details. Our team of pro consultants conducts a personal interview to assess the competency of the candidate and validate through a reference check.

Step 4

Client Interview

Once we are done with initial screening and validation thoroughly, we after that refer the candidate for the client interview. In this phase, the client can directly interview the candidate and assess the aptitude and potential of the candidate.

Step 5

Closing The Position

This is the last phase of the recruitment process which includes salary negotiation as well as other formalities. In this phase, we solely discuss about the salary package, date of joining and offer letter. Apart from that, we keep a close communication with the client as well as the selected candidate to make sure that he/she is smoothly placed on board in the organization.

Step 6

Maintaining Touch Base

We remain in constant touch with the candidate as well as the employer. And, if in case the candidate leaves the company on his/her own wish within 3 months’ of the joining, we offer a free replacement.
